1. For clarification if you place you order on day when we are not working, e.g. a Saturday or Sunday, then the delivery will be the day after the first working day (Monday) when we can dispatch it, i.e. on Tuesday
2. We don't update the website between close of business at 17:30 and 9:00 the next day or over a weekend, so sometimes we may get caught out, but if so we will let you know promptly
Delivery
We could save money sending products out with a cheap or slow courier, we don't do that because we respect that your time is valuable. Our time also valuable and we don't need the hassle of unhappy customers !For delivery in England, Wales and Scottish Lowlands (excluding Islands) we use DPD Local because they have high standards and good customer service systems including the DPD Local Predict One Hour/15 minute Delivery Time Slot
On the day of delivery the DPD Local Predict system will send a message to your email and mobile giving a one hour time slot for delivery, the message will include a link so you will be able to track the location of the driver to within a 15 minutes of delivery. For delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and the Republic of Ireland we use DPD Local Two Working Day Service. They may partner with a separate courier company in your area so the tracking and Predict system may not work
Please do not refuse delivery if you want to return your items, this incurs a charge of £10 from the courier which you, the customer, are liable for as stated in Terms and Conditions.
